Mentally tired or just physically tired?

Often we do a good job of tiring out our dogs physically, but not mentally. To help a dog get enough sleep, we want to make sure that they have worked their brains enough.

Training and sniffing is the best way of doing this. Use the magic towel and novelty treats to create an enrichment toy before a nap time.

10 minutes of them using their nose is the same energy expenditure as an hour of physical exercise!

You can also use the novelty treats to create a hide and seek game inside your home. Put your dog in their crate or separate room, and then hide the treats around one room. Let your dog into the room saying "find it" and watch them use that nose to find all the hidden treats!
